Workshop Development and Facilitation for Feeding America’s Community Health Equity Grant Program

In partnership with the Health Innovation team at Feeding America, Project Reflect developed a digital workshop to support food bank team members across the United States in learning about design thinking and joyful design.

During the workshop, participants were given time and space to reflect on the impact of their work and brainstorm new ways to engage with the communities they serve, allowing for effective program expansion and the development of new concepts.

All participants received tools and resources to support with community building, storytelling, and program development focused on making space for the joy of the communities they serve. Following the workshop, voluntary office hours were offered to participants to workshop concepts, receive feedback, and continue learning about joyful design.
