Voices of Impact: Joyful and Collaborative Approaches to Sustainable Communities

The 2024 Mimi and Peter E. Haas Distinguished Visitor Lecture took place at Stanford University and featured a panel discussion with the four Distinguished Visitors on climate resilience and sustainability.

Angela is serving as a 2024 Mimi and Peter E. Haas Distinguished Visitor alongside three other incredible individuals who are having an impact on their communities. The experiences is co-hosted by the Haas Center for Public Service and the Doerr School of Sustainability. In addition to supporting student learning and engaging with the Stanford community, the Visitors will co-teach the Cardinal Course Challenging the Status Quo: Social Entrepreneurs Advancing Democracy, Development and Justice with lecturer Kathleen Kelly Janus during the spring quarter.

The lecture provided the Distinguished Visitors an opportunity to share about their work and provide insights on how to effectively partner with communities in order to achieve meaningful change. To view the lecture, click here.
