UN Sustainable Development Goal 0
During a series of conversations and panels hosted by King’s College London Business School, Sustainable Gastro and Nordic Talks, participants from around the world shared how joy inspires their approach to solving food system transformation.
This September, Angela moderated a panel with speakers from around the world who are focused on leveraging joy to create transformational change in the food system. The panel was inspired by a conversation Charlotte Dufour and Dr. David Nabarro had in 2015 when Dr. Nabarro was serving as the Special Advisor to UN Secretary General Ban ki-Moon. Dr. Nabarro shared that there was an unwritten 18th Sustainable Development Gaol focused on love and joy that “infuses all the others.”
The panel explored what it means to support communities with a focus on love and joy and many insights were shared. The panel was recorded and shared with the Nordic Talks and also turned into a podcast.
In addition to moderating a panel, Angela participated on a panel hosted by King’s College London Business School titled PROVOKE JOY (SDG0)!: Ultimate Goal of Agenda 2030. During the conversation, Angela shared about Project Reflect and the power of joyful design.
